Full Time - $23.52 p/h Monday-Friday, $29.40 Saturday, $35.28 Sunday

About the role:
Work at Australia’s only Theme Park Resort! Interact with our guests during
check in and check out, take reservations, answer calls and assist guests
with their queries.
- Meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner during
- Collect, store and deliver guest luggage
- Assist with guest needs, provide information and resolve general guest
- Prepare internal reports and arrivals for the next day
- Cash handling and accounts reconciliation
- A high level of interpersonal skills
- Experience working under pressure and in a team environment
- Passion and drive for exceptional customer service
- Dedicated to excellence and to produce exceptional results
- Available to work on any day including weekends and nights
- Opera Property Management System experience desirable
